Communicating with parents is an important part of what we do, making sure you get the correct information about activities, events and things that really matter is something we care about.
We have recently transitioned from Parentmail to Arbor for messaging, payments, meals and trips. Over the coming months this will expand to parents evenings, behaviour and assessment as well meaning Arbor will become our one stop shop for parental communication.
You may have already had experience with Arbor with your child’s primary school. However if it is your first time using it, you need to go to https://login.arbor.sc and click Forgot your password? to set up your password and access your account.
Once you have logged into the web portal, you can download the Arbor Parent App from the Apple store or Playstore (whichever is the correct platform for your device) and use the same username and password to sign in.
The app will eventually allow for two way communication through in app notifications so is a useful thing to have installed on your phone if possible.
